对产业空心化现象的分析和反思——以浙江省为例

Analysis and Reflection on the Phenomenon of Industrial Hollowing Out——Taking Zhejiang Province as Example

近年来,产业空心化现象①在浙江地区表现的较为明显,产业空心化现象被公认为是后工业化阶段必然出现的现象。为探究浙江省产业空心化现象的影响,选取浙江省1992—2011年产业相关数据,利用产业结构变异系数和区位商指数对浙江省的三大产业进行了动态分析。结果表明,浙江地区存在明显的产业空心化危机,并由此提出了产业结构调整和产业结构支持方面的政策建议。

In recent years,the phenomenon of industrial hollowing out performance is more obvious in Zhejiang area.Industrial hollowing out phenomenon is acknowledged as the inevitable phenomenon in post-industrial stage.In order to explore the influence of the phenomenon of industrial hollowing out in Zhejiang,the author selects related industry data of Zhejiang province in 1992-2011,and analyzes the three industries of Zhejiang province in dynamic using the variable coefficient of industrial structure and location quotient index.Results show that Zhejiang region exists the obvious industrial hollowing out crisis.At last,the author also puts forward policy suggestions on adjustment and support of industrial structure.
