库区社会系统脆弱性研究——以湖北省宜昌市为例

Research on the Vulnerability of the Social System in Reservoir Area——Case Study of Yichang City,Hubei Province

基于水库建设对库区社会系统正反两方面的影响,构建了库区社会系统脆弱性评价指标体系,并利用矢量和法对湖北省宜昌市各库区县及非库区县进行了脆弱性评价与对比。结果表明,库区社会系统较非库区更易受到外界扰动因素的影响,导致其发展速度减缓。水库建设对库区社会系统脆弱性的影响从长期来看是稳定的,但通过与非库区的对比发现这种影响仍然加大了其脆弱性。

Based on the positive and negative influence of the Three Gorge Project on social system of reservoir are- as,this paper has built an index system of vulnerability assessment and compares the vulnerability of the social system between reservoir areas and non- reservoir areas in Yichang,Hubei province with the vector sum analysis method. Re- sults show that social system in reservoir areas is more easily affected than non- reservoir areas,which result in the sl- owdown of the development. The impact of the reservoir construction on its social system is stable in the long run and leads to an increase of vulnerability when compared with non- reservoir area.
