摘要
迄今为止,国内外专家学者在不同的方向提出并研究了多种绩效评价方法。该文将从系统工程的角度出发,综述国内外学者对四种绩效评价方法:层次分析法,经济增加值,平衡计分卡以及数据包络分析的研究成果,并总结结论与提出建议。
So far,domestic and foreign experts have proposed and done researchon lots of performance evaluation methods from different aspects. From the perspective of system engineering,this thesis will review the achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on four kinds of performance evaluation methods: Analytic Hierarchy Process,Economic Value Added,Balanced Scored Card and Data Envelopment Analysis,and then summarize the conclusions and put forward some suggestions.
