社区卫生服务内涵式转型的探究——以武汉红中模式为例

The Study of CHS Transformation——Based on “Hong Zhong” Model in Wuhan

社区卫生服务作为一种新兴的基层医院模式,为许多市场定位不明确的中小医院转型提供了新的思路。本文运用经济理论分析现阶段社区卫生服务机构面临的内外部压力,并以武汉"红中"模式为例,分析其内涵式转型的改革之路,其成功经验为中小医院和其他同层次的社区卫生服务中心的转型提供借鉴。

As a new mode of basic level hospitals,community health service provides a new method for many small and medium—sized hospitals. This paper finds that the current community health service institutions are faced with the internal and external pressure. By analyzing successful transformation of the"Hong Zhong"model in wuhan,this paper provides successful experience for other community health service centers at the same level of transformation.
