摘要
2007年8月14日《公司债券发行试点办法》的颁布对于我国企业有重要意义。近几年来,我国债券市场得到飞速发展,公司债的融资规模更是增长迅速。文章从企业财务角度研究了公司债发行的影响因素,实证研究发现:企业发行公司债的可能性与盈利能力与会计信息质量显著正相关,与财务压力显著负相关,且非国有控股企业更有可能发行公司债。
The Pilot of the Issuance of Corporate Bonds issued on August 14,2007,has great significance to the companies. Chinese bond market has rapidly developed in recent years and the scale of Corporate Bond financing has also grown. This paper has studied the factors that influence the issuance of corporate bond from the perspective of finance. And the empirical study has drew following conclusions. The possibility of whether enterprises can successfully issue corporate bonds is positively related to the profitability and accounting information quality,howerve,negatively realated to financial. And non- state- owned holding companies are more likely to issue corporate bonds.
