摘要
我国的财务公司创建于20世纪八十年代,截至2013年10月底,全国共有财务公司174家。[1]财务公司自成立以来,便以资金集中管理作为核心功能;而目前,财务公司行业平均资金集中度仅为29%。[2]如何进一步提高资金集中度,更好发挥财务公司基础作用,值得深思与探讨。基于D财务公司资金管理部的实践经验,以D财务公司为例,对财务公司资金集中管理情况进行了总结,通过分析其中存在的问题,进而对资金集中管理提出了改进完善的建议。
Financial companies were first founded in 1980 s,and there have been 174 members until October,2013 in China.Centralized Fund Management has become the core function since their establishment,while recent data shows that the average centralization is only 29%.In this way,it is worth considering how to improve fund concentration and make it play a fundamental role as a financial company.This paper,based on the experience of fund management department of D financial company,summarizes its work on centralized fund management,makes an analysis of the problems,and then makes suggestions for improving centralized fund management
