全日制硕士研究生兼职现状分析——基于武汉市某院校的调查数据

The Analysis and Countermeasures on Part-Time Jobs of Full-Time Postgraduates——Based on the Data of a Couege in Wuhan

伴随着就业压力的增大,'早日积累社会经验,为以后工作未雨绸缪'成为了我国高校全日制硕士研究生的普遍选择,随之而来的是兼职现象的越来越普遍。通过调查武汉某院校全日制硕士研究生的兼职情况,发现研究生兼职存在着男女分化严重、法律意识不足和兼职效用不足等问题。在此基础上,从高校和研究生自身给出意见和建议。

With the coming pressure of finding jobs, "gathering experience and being ready for the future" is the common choice among the Chinese full-time postgraduates,and doing part- time jobs is getting popular among these students.By investigating the situation of full- time postgraduates doing part- time jobs in one representative college of Wuhan,we find big difference among different genders,as well as the problems like lack of legal consciousness and utility.Based on these findings,we give our own comments and suggestions from the aspects of the college and full- time postgraduates themselves.
