论涉法涉诉信访——以河南省甲县人民法院信访机构为视角

On the Petition Related to Law and Litigation——In the Perspective of Court Petition Agency in Jia County,Henan Province

与日剧增的涉法涉诉信访已成为影响当前社会安定的一个重要因素。根据对这一社会现象的把握,结合具体的实地调研,对当今涉法涉诉信访的现状、成因进行分析,并指出其症结之所在。最后,从信访机构的规范化设置、相关法律法规与农村实际的成功对接以及加大普法力度等方面提出了相关对策,以求从根本上定纷止争,推进和谐社会的构建。

The increasing petition related to law and litigation has become an important factor affecting current social stability.Based on the comprehension of this social phenomenon,combining with specific field research,the author does analysis on the status quo and causes,and points out what the crux is.Finally,the author gives some suggestions on perspectives of the standardized set of petition agency,the successful docking between relevant laws and rural reality,the increasing intensity of law dissemination,etc,so as to set disputes fundamentally and promote the construction of harmonious society.
