关于宝丰县财源建设情况的调研报告

Analysis on the Financial Resources Construction in Baofeng County

财源建设对地方财政发展具有重大影响。宝丰县近年来采取诸多举措培植财源,财源建设工作初见成效,但依旧面临着财政收入增速放缓、财政支出不断增长的财政压力,加强财源建设继而成为财政工作的主要内容。对宝丰县财源建设情况进行实地调研后,发现宝丰县存在财源结构不合理,缺乏支柱财源等问题,并针对性地提出发展现代农业、加快项目建设、突破第三产业等政策建议。

Financial resources construction has a significant influence on local financial development. In recent years,Baofeng county has taken many measures to cultivate financial resources. And the work has paid off preliminarily. However Baofeng still faces the problem that the fiscal revenue growth is slowing down whereas the fiscal expenditure is increasing continually. Financial resources construction remains the main content of the financial work. After the research of the financial resources construction in Baofeng county,we find that Baofeng exists a lot of financial problems,such as the unreasonable financial resources structure,the lack of main financial resources. Therefore,we put forword some specific suggestions on developing modern agriculture,speeding up project construction,making breakthroughs of the third industry and so on.
