摘要
供应链反生产行为是近年来组织行为学领域中深受关注的内容之一。文章首先探索供应链中反生产工作行为的概念,其次简要阐述了衡量供应链反生产行为的维度,包括规避、情绪、混淆、保留、改变,进而构建一个相关的概念模型,分析五大行为因素如何通过心理契约和正式契约对信任的影响并进行验证。最后对供应链企业如何有效预防和减少企业中员工反生产行为的发生,提高组织之间的运作效率提出了相关建议。
Supply chain counterproductive work behaviors are one of the focus in the field of organizational behavior in recent years The article first explores the concept of counterproductive work behaviors in supply chain,then briefly elaborates the measure against the production supply chain dimensions,including evade,mood,confusion,retention,change,and then builds a relevant concept model,analyzes how the five behavior factors impact on trust by the psychological contract and formal contract. Finally,it gives answers to how to effectively prevent and reduce supply chain enterprise employees in the production behavior,aiming at improving the organization efficiency between the related suggestions are put forward.
