外商直接投资对城市建设用地利用效率的影响研究——基于空间面板计量模型

Relationship Between FDI and Urban Construction Land Use Efficiency——Based on Spatial Panel Model

为探索城市建设用地利用效率和外商直接投资的空间分布形态及动态演化路径,二者之间的耦合关系以及在考虑空间交互作用条件下二者之间的互动关系,综合采用面板Granger因果关系分析方法,探索性空间分析技术和空间计量模型,利用我国30个省2003-2012年的相关数据对外商直接投资对城市建设用地利用效率的影响进行了实证分析。结果表明:我国城市建设用地利用效率存在着显著的空间相互作用;城市建设用地利用效率的空间演化路径与外商直接投资的空间演化路径存在一定程度的耦合性,城市建设用地利用效率与外商直接投资之间互为Granger因果关系,二者之间相互影响,相互制约;外商直接投资显著地抑制了我国城市建设用地利用效率的提升,但空间邻接城市外商直接投资水平的提高显著地促进了中心地区城市建设用地利用效率的提升。

In a bid to explore the spatial evolution process of urban construction land use efficiency and FDI,the coupling state between them and the interaction process under the condition of spatial correlation,the author made an empirical analysis by comprehensively utilizing Panel Granger causality method,local spatial association analysis method together with spatial panel models,simultaneously combining with relative date setting from 2003 to 2012 in 30 provinces in China. The research demonstrated that there existed significant spatial effect among provinces,the spatial evolution trace of urban land use efficiency and the spatial distribution of FDI. Meanwhile FDI restrained the improvement of urban land use efficiency significantly. Nonetheless the increase of FDI in contiguous region would result in some kind of amelioration of central region. At last the author proposed some suggestions to utilize the benign interaction of urban land use efficiency and FDI.
