空间叙事视角下《生死场》译者的翻译策略

A Study on the Translation Strategies Employed in The Field of Life and Death from the Perspective of Space Narratology

人类的叙事活动与所在的空间和空间意识之间历来保持着紧密的联系。在叙事研究中,空间占有极其重要的地位。随着空间叙事学的发展,空间的作用逐步从幕后推至台前。空间作为萧红的小说《生死场》中的一个典型特色,除了为这部小说中的人物与事件提供背景,还承担着重要的叙事功能。本文对《生死场》中的叙事与空间问题进行全面、深入的分析,从空间叙事的视角对译者的翻译策略进行探讨,研究翻译与小说叙事之间的密切关系,从而对译文进行深入赏析。

There exists a close relationship among human’s narrative activities,their awareness of space and the space at which they are located. As a prominent characteristic of the novel The Field of Life and Death written by Hsiao Hung,not only provides characters and events in the novel with backgrounds,but also plays an important role in narrating. With the development of space narratology,space has emerged to be a new concern. Through conducting a comprehensive and in- depth analysis from the perspective of space narratology,translation strategies employed by the translator can be studied and the close relation between translation and narration can be explored,thus having a better taste of this translated work.
