摘要
本文定量分析高新技术产业与传统产业间的技术溢出量与技术溢出的影响作用。选取31个传统产业和5大高新技术产业作为研究对象,利用高新技术产业与传统产业的投入、产出要素计算产业间技术距离,将技术距离作为相应系数计算出产业技术溢出量。并通过回归建模检验高新技术产业溢出量是否影响传统产业的全要素生产率,发现传统产业的技术投入是影响其全要素生产率的主要因素,高新技术产业的技术溢出同样促进传统产业的全要素生产率但强度较低,而劳动力在一定程度上抑制了传统产业的全要素生产率的增长,表明劳动力可能存在冗余。最后根据本文对高新技术产业与传统产业的技术溢出效应的多角度分析,提出相关有价值的政策建议。
This paper analyzes the technology spillover amount and influence of technology spillover quantitatively between high- tech industries and traditional industries. This paper chooses 31 traditional industries and five high-tech industries as the research object,uses input and output elements of high- tech industries and traditional industries to calculate the distance of technology,and takes the distance of technology as coefficients to calculate the amount of technology spillover. This paper verifies whether the amount of technology spillover has impact on total factor productivity of traditional industries through regression modeling. The results show that technology input of traditional industries is a key factor to its influence TFP,and high- tech industry technology spillover can also promote traditional industries’ TFP,but has lower strength. The labor force TFP suppresses the growth of traditional industries’ TFP,which indicates that there may be redundant for labor force. Finally,according to multi- angle analyzed to technology spillover effect between high- tech industries and traditional industries,relevant valuable policy is proposed.
