关于失独家庭养老现状的调查报告

Analysis on Old-Age Support of Families Losing the Only Child

我国从2000年开始步入老龄化社会,而且老龄化程度正在加剧,由此带来的养老问题更显迫切与现实。尤其是计划生育政策实施以来,失独老人这类特殊人群的养老问题需要引起高度重视。本文首先介绍了调研的基本情况,包括调查的目的、对象和方法;其次对调查数据进行分析,归纳了失独家庭的特点、失独家庭养老主要面临的经济、社会、政策三方面的困境以及公众的关注情况;最后提出了一些失独家庭养老的意见和建议,希望对改善我国失独家庭养老现状,促进养老事业发展起到积极作用。

Since 2000,China has entered into the aging society,and the situation of which is getting more and more serious. Thus,the old- age support becomes vital and realistic. Especially after the implementation of the One- child Policy,the old- age support of those families who have lost the only child should be paid more attention to. In this essay,it first gives a description of the research background,including the objective,subject and research methods. Moreover,it concludes the figures of people from the special group and it analyses the predicaments in their old- age support care from the aspect of economy,society and politics. In addition,popularity is also well considered. At last,it gives countermeasures to improve the old- age support of families with the lost of the only child and makes contribution to the old- age support system in China.
