摘要
律师作为现代法治社会中的重要群体,对法治中国、和谐社会的建设发挥重要作用,社区律师制度作为一项全新的创举服务基层民众。武汉市于2013年全面推广社区律师制度,社区律师即为由司法行政部门指派进入社区为基层民众提供法律服务的专职律师。然而社区律师制度成立之初存在一些问题,该文即从社区律师的资源配置、经费补贴、任职资格、宣传力度方式与立法上提出建议,以期对社区律师制度的完善有所裨益。
As an important part of society ruled by law,lawyer plays as a significant role for development of harmonious society. Community lawyer system is a pioneering work for citizens. Community lawyer is a lawyer who is designated by government to serve people in a routine of time and place. However,there are many problems in it. Thus,this paper comes up with some suggestions to improve the community lawyer system from the following aspects: resource allocation,subsidies,qualification,publicity and legislation.
