汇率对产业结构调整和升级的影响——文献综述及结合汇率偏好研究视角的提出

The Influences of Exchange Rate on Industrial Structure Adjustment and Upgrade——Literature Review and Introduce of the Exchange Rate Preferences

本文从不同主题层面总结了汇率对产业结构调整和升级的影响的文献成果。在对这些文献进行述评和分析的基础上,提出了汇率影响行业行为的内部动因角度来研究汇率对产业结构调整的作用,这种内部动因机制也即产业或行业的汇率偏好。对汇率偏好的研究进行了归纳,阐明了汇率偏好对汇率影响产业结构机制的补充,以及对政策制定的意义,指出了汇率偏好和产业结构结合的研究方向。

Firstly,this paper summarizes the research of the influences of exchange rate on industrial structure adjustment and upgrade. On the basis of further analysis of these kinds of research,this article presents that a new perspective shall be introduced into the explanation of the relation between exchange rate and industrial structure adjustment,that is,exchange rate can vary the development environment of industries and change their behaviors and strategies,and this is the mechanism of exchange rate preferences that make difference. The next portion of this paper is the summary of the current research of exchange rate preference,to go further,a discussion is arranged in the end of this summary to help clarify the role of exchange rate preference to industrial structure adjustment and upgrade. The conclusion supposes that the introduction of exchange rate preference helps to cover the shortage of the logic of exchange rate influencing industrial structure adjustment,and the introduction benefits the making of exchange rate and industry policies.
