公共服务动机:理论基础、研究对象与关联因素——基于CiteSpaceⅢ的聚类分析

Public Service Motivation:Theoretical Basis,Research Object and Related Factors——Based on Clustering Analysis of CiteSpaceⅢ

公共服务动机研究是公共管理领域的重要前沿热点,对发挥公共部门人力资源的创造性,提高公共部门的组织绩效,满足社会化公共服务需求有着重要意义。本文运用文献计量工具CiteSpaceⅢ,以CNKI数据库中的文献为样本来源,对我国公共服务动机研究的现状展开聚类分析,聚类结果从公共服务动机研究的理论基础、公共服务动机的研究对象和公共服务动机的关联因素三个方面展开,发掘我国公共服务动机研究中的成效和有限性,从而为我国公共服务动机研究的未来发展提供参考借鉴。

The study of public service motivation is an important frontier in the field of public management. It plays an important role in stimulating the creativity of public sector human resources,improving the organizational performance of public sector and satisfying the needs of social public services. In this paper,we use the literature measurement tool CiteSpaceⅢ and the literature in the CNKI database to analyze the present situation of public service motivation research in China. The clustering results are spread out from three following aspects: the theoretical foundation of the public service motivation research,the research object of public service motivation,associated factors of public service motivation. And this paper explores the effectiveness and limitation of research on public service motivation in China so as to provide reference for the future development of public service motivation in China.
