摘要
本文在"大学生留汉工程"的政策背景下,鉴于武汉高校毕业生留汉工作数量逐年走低的现象,通过对武汉市211高校毕业生进行问卷调查,利用描述性统计及运用AHP层次分析法对问卷数据结果进行研究,深入分析了影响武汉人才吸引力的各种外部因素及其重要性,为提高"大学生留汉工程"的政策效果提供一些改进意见和建议。
Based on the policy of "college students working in Wuhan",this essay analyzes the talent attraction of Wuhan from the perspectives of senior students in Project 211 universities in Wuhan. In view of the quantity of graduates who stayed in Wuhan for working is decreasing every year,this passage tries to figure out the factors that will affect graduates staying in Wuhan by questionnaires. Meanwhile,it uses the analytic hierarchy process( AHP) to value the importance of these factors above. Finally,this essay provides some suggestions and advices for the Wuhan government to implement the policy in a better and efficient way.
