摘要
心理安全是组织内不同个体独有的,不易被外界识别的个体心理特征,是个体间的关键差异之一,也是分析和预测个体行为的重要理论视角。鉴于此,本文首先基于文献研究,回顾了心理安全的概念,提炼了普遍性、文化性、主观性和复杂性等特征,探讨了心理安全的维度和测量工具;其次从个体层面、团队层面、组织规范等方面探讨了其影响因素,分析了心理安全对个体、团队以及组织的影响效果;最后对现有的研究进行了述评,并在此基础上展望了该领域未来研究的重点方向。研究结论表明,未来研究应注意从心理安全测量工具的改进、影响因素的整合研究以及不确定管理理论视角等方面开展努力。
Psychological safety refers to the personality character of different individuals,it is uneasy to be recognized by the outside world and it is also an important theoretical perspective to analyze and predict organizational behaviors.Firstly,this paper reviews the concept of psychological safety,then summarizes the characteristics of psychological safety such as universality,culture,subjectivity and complexity.This paper also analyzes relevant theories and discusses the dimension and measurement tools about psychological safety.Secondly,this paper shows influencing factors of psychological safety from the view of individual level,group level and organization standard.Finally,the paper proposes some suggestions:in the future research,the psychological safety measurement tools,the influencing factors and view of uncertainty management shall be stressed further.
