别墅作为高端住宅项目,既含有住宅本质,又有其独特的一面。别墅项目的特点是电气负荷分布分散,并且单体用电量较大,但是总体的实际使用率较低。另外别墅智能化设计也是现阶段比较重视的问题。本文从别墅项目供电方案、低压配电系统、智能化系统、防雷接地以及室外管线等几个方面对别墅电气设计进行了探讨,以供同行参考。

As a high-end residential project,villas not only contain the essence of housing,but also have the unique side.Villa project is characterized by decentralized distribution of electrical load and large single power consumption,but the overall actual utilization rate is low.In addition,the intelligent design of villas is also a more important issue at this stage.This paper discusses the electrical design of villas from the aspects of power supply scheme,low voltage distribution system,intelligent system,lightning protection grounding and outdoor pipelines for reference.
