This paper discusses the concept of'scientific and technological residence'and holds that its basic characteristics are health,energy saving and intelligence.The main scientific and technological system of'scientific and technological residence'is analyzed,which includes three aspects:green energy-saving envelope building technology system,residential space air environment technology system and residential intelligent technology system.This paper focuses on the analysis of the composition,characteristics and equipment integration of the residential intelligent system,and illustrates the basic composition and functions of the technical system of'scientific and technological residence'with an example.
