摘要
通过介绍BIM技术在房地产行业中发展现状,根据近几年在设计院的从业经验,介绍机电专业在住宅建造中BIM应用现状,分析当前BIM技术发展中的疑难点问题。
According to introducing the development status of BIM technology in the real estate industry,based on the experience of design institutes in recent years,the current situation of BIM application in the construction of electromechanical majors in the design of homes,and analyzes the pain points and difficulties of BIM.
