论山东半岛蓝色经济区规划与坚强智能电网的协调发展

Discussion on the Coordinated Development Between Plan for Shandong Peninsula Economic Zone and the Regional Strong and Smart Power Grid

分析近年来山东半岛蓝色经济区经济社会发展、电力需求及电网发展现状,研究区域电网发展存在的问题。根据区域经济社会发展目标,对2015年、2020年该区域全社会用电量及统调公用最大负荷进行预测,分析该地区电力供需形势,从电源发展、输、配电网建设、短路电流控制、新能源发展及外部环境等方面,提出区域电网发展的思路及原则,成为制定该区域电网发展规划的重要依据,有利于促进山东半岛蓝色经济区规划与坚强智能电网协调发展。

This paper analyzed the current status of economic and social development, power demand, regional power grid development and the problems existed in its construction of Shandong peninsula economic zone. According to the economic and social development goals of this region, the total electricity consumption and maximum controlled load in 2015 and 2020 were forecasted and the corresponding power supply and demand situation in this region was analyzed. Based on the analysis mentioned above, the power grid development idea and principles of this region were put forward in respect of power source development, power transmission and distribution network construction, short circuit current control, new resources of energy development and external environment. It provides basis for the regional power grid planning and is favorable for the coordinated development between Shandong peninsula economic zone and the regional strong and smart power grid.
