摘要
采用ANSYS软件对某变电站的110 kV三相共箱式GIS设备上安装的光学电流互感器固定法兰通过母线部位电场进行仿真计算,得到了该部位电场和电位分布图,指出了其最大电场强度值及其所在位置。通过改变固定法兰圆角的曲率半径和接缝处的间隙,减小了金属法兰表面的最大场强值,以优化电场分布并确定该部位的结构尺寸,为固定法兰的设计和改进提供了参考依据。
Using ANSYS software simulation, the electric field and potential distribution of the OCT fixed flange are obtained which is installed in a three-phase in one tank type of 110 kV GIS equipment in one substation and the maximum value of the electric field intensity and its location are pointed out. By changing the fixed flange fillet radius of curvature and the seams gap, the maximum field intensity value of the flange is reduced. These analyses and calculation provide a certain reference for designing the fixed flange's structural dimensions and optimizing the distribution of electric field in the substation.
