摘要
配网生产抢修的管控是智能化配网运行管理的一项重要内容,如何建设和打造配网抢修指挥平台这一信息化支撑平台,用最优方法整合配电自动化信息、PMS/GIS信息、95598信息、GPS/多媒体信息,用电采集信息和视频等信息,实现以生产和抢修指挥为应用核心,满足配网日常运行高效精益的管理目标,是值得研究和讨论的问题。结合湖北配电网管理现状,提出了配网抢修指挥平台系统的集成架构与功能的设计思路,并对平台开发和应用中存在的问题进行讨论分析,提出了有益的建议。
The management and control of production and distribution network repair is an important part of the intelligent distribution network operation and management. How to build the repair command platform for the distribution network, the best way to integrate distribution automation, PMS / GIS information, 95598 Information, GPS / multimedia information, electricity collecting information and video information, are problems worthy of study and discussion to achieve the production and repair of command for the application core to meet the day-to-day operation of the distribution network and efficient and lean management objectives. According to the current situation of Hubei distribution network management, the integrated structure and the function design ideas of the command platform for the repair of the distribution network are proposed. Problems about the development and application of the command platform are discussed. Useful recommendations are put forward.
