摘要
电路仿真是实现HVDC换流阀优化设计的最主要手段,饱和电抗器作为换流阀中保护晶闸管的主要器件,其电路模型的准确与否关系到整个换流阀仿真的准确性。饱和电抗器的电路模型可以等效为非线性电感与非线性电阻的并联。本文利用磁性材料的BH曲线,获得了饱和电抗器的非线性电感特性,通过分析冲击放电试验结果获得了饱和电抗器的电阻特性,从而建立了饱和电抗器的等值电路模型。通过仿真不同电压等级的冲击放电试验,结果与试验一致,从而验证了模型的有效性。
Circuit simulation is the most important means to optimize the design of HVDC converter valve. Saturable reactor is the most important device to protect thyristor in valve. Its circuit model accurate or not relates to the accuracy of the entire system's simulation. Saturable reactor's circuit model can be equivalent as paralleled nonlinear inductance and nonlinear resistance. The nonlinear inductance is obtained by using the BH curve of the magnetic materials, the nonlinear resistance is obtained by analysing the result of discharge test, and the circuit model of the saturable reactor is established. By simulating the discharge test at different voltage levels, the accuracy and validity of the model is verified.
