摘要
介绍2013年国际供电会议运行、控制与保护分组学术交流的情况与研究热点,为研究人员跟踪国际配电领域研究的最新动态提供必要的参考。会议关注的热点问题包括通信/IEC 61850、配电自动化、故障定位、中性点接地以及状态监测技术等。
In this paper, academic activities and research topics of operation, control and protection session of CIRED 2013 are introduced, which can be a necessary reference for Chinese researchers to know the latest research trends of electricity distribution systems worldwide. The main research topics and papers presented include communication/IEC 61850, distribution automation, fault location, neutral grounding and condition assessment technology.
