摘要 为解决大规模风光发电并网稳定性问题,提高电网对风光发电的消纳能力,提出一种基于多类电源联合系统的协调控制策略。该策略首先分析了联合系统各电源出力特性;然后对风光出力进行滤波分析,提取不同频率尺度下的风光出力分量;最后根据风光出力分析结果制定各类补偿电站出力计划,并利用优化算法并行计算,得出各类电站机组出力和联合系统总体输出功率。算例分析表明,该方法能够很好地解决大规模风光并网的功率波动问题,实现联合系统的功率平稳输出,提高风光发电消纳能力。 A dispatch strategy for multi-generator system is proposed in order to solve the problems of large-scale wind/photovoltaic power accommodation and improve the stability of its grid connection. Firstly the output characteristics of various power source in the association system are analysed. Secondly the wind/photovoltaic power is filtered in terms of frequency for getting different multi-frequency components. Thirdly the power outputs of other kinds of power stations are scheduled. Lastly the outputs of multi-generator system and its generators are optimized by a presented fast particle swarm optimization. The simulation results verify that the devised strategy is not only quite capable of settling large-scale wind/photovoltaic power accommodation problem but also specialized in solving the power fluctuation problems. The results also verify that the power output of multi-generator system is stable.
