Construction of Intelligent Operation System in Intelligent Grid

提出智能电网中智能运营的概念;提出电网企业运营指数、智能化指数等新理论与概念;并通过可视化技术,实现运营指数到智能运营单元的分解。提出智能运营监测与控制的"四个融合";提出智能运营系统"一个中心、两类数据、三层应用"的电网企业一体化智能分析体系。提出并实现智能运营信息系统的"四大目标、五个对象、七个分析主题",为实现智能运营从宏观到微观的监测、从战略到战术的落地、从顶层到底层的穿透、从1维到多维的分析奠定基础。

This paper proposed the concept of intelligent operation in intelligent grid, proposed the new theory and concept of state grid operation index, intelligent index, and through visualization techniques to achieve operation index to intelligence operations unit decomposition. The paper proposed“Four Integration”of intelligent operation monitoring and control, and proposed the“One center, two types of data, three-tier application”of integration analysis system. The paper proposed and implemented the“Four goals, five objects, seven analysis themes” of intelligent operation information system. All those accomplish intelligent operation foundation from macro to micro monitoring, from strategic to tactical floor, from the top to the bottom penetration, from one dimensionalto multidimensional analysis.
