摘要
结合110 kV苇泊变电站智能化改造中的现场设备型式、运行环境、场地布置等实际情况,从网络结构及设备配置、供电连续和可靠性措施、二次室屏柜科学布局,以及PT并列、时间同步系统、线路光差保护配合等方面着手,对110 kV综自变电站智能化改造工程提出切实可行的技术措施,为进一步降低智能化改造工程停电时间,提升变电站运行的安全可靠性和运营效益提供有益的探索。
This paper combines the actual intelligent reconstruction situation of 110kV Weibo substation, such as on-site device type, operating environment and site layout, proceeding from several aspects, including network architecture and device configuration, continuous and reliable supply, scientific cabinet layout of secondary room, as well as PT juxtaposition, time synchronization system, line optical differential protection coordination. It proposes practical and feasible technical measures for this intelligent reconstruction project of 110kV comprehensive automation substation, completing the beneficial exploration for reducing power outages due to intelligent reconstruction project and promoting security, reliability and operational benefit of substation operation.
