以支持新能源产业发展为指导思想,以满足电动汽车充电需求为基本目标,从电压等级选择、用户等级确定、接入点选择、供电电源配置、无功补偿及设备选型和电能质量要求等方面,解读电动汽车充换电设施接入电网的技术原则,为指导规划设计、规范运行管理、保障充换电设施及时可靠、合理有序的接入提供重要依据。
Taking supporting the development of new energy industry as the guiding ideology and satisfying the demand of EV charging as purpose, a detailed reading about the technical principle of the EV charging and battery swap facility connected to power grid is given. A series of items, including the selection of voltage level, the confirmation of user grade, point of common coupling selection, the configuration of power supply, reactive power compensation, electrical equipment selection and the demand of power quality, are unscrambled in detail. The guide plays an important role in guiding the distribution network planning and operation management, which could ensure that the EV charging and battery swap facility connected to the power grid reliably and orderly.
