变电站智能化改造双母线接线母线保护不停电过渡方案

摘要 随着坚强智能电网的建设,电网内现运行的大量变电站需要进行智能化改造。双母线接线一般用于系统重要变电站,通常不允许长时间停电,且母线保护的投入与否对电网安全稳定运行影响很大。因此,变电站智能化改造将不可避免母线保护的过渡问题。提供利用变电站现运行母线保护装置进行过渡的方案,在保证过渡期间母线保护投入的前提下,与以往其他过渡方案相比较具有工程量小、工期短、接线改动少、安全性增强、不需增加过渡装置、工程造价降低的优点。该方案已于2012年6月在500 kV包家变智能化改造中成功实施。 With the construction of strong and smart grid, a large amount of substations operating in the grid require intelligent transformation. Double busbar connection is generally used for important substations which do not allow a long power failure. And the investment on busbar protection has great influence upon secure and stable operation of power system. Therefore, the intelligent transformation of substations will never avoid the transition problem of busbar protection. The transition scheme used operating busbar protection device of the substations is provided, which on the premise that the investment on busbar protection is ensured during the period of transition, is compared with other previous transition plans. And it has the advantages of less quantities and shortening construction period; of reducing changes of wiring connection and increasing security; of no need to increase the transition device and reducing project cost. The plan has been successfully implemented for the smartness upgrade project of the 500 kV baojia substation in June 2012.
