摘要 随着分布式电源入网容量不断增大,分布式电源对地区配电网的影响越来越明显,为实现分布式电源安全、可靠、高效、灵活运行,提出一种分布式能源微网系统。该系统通过数据采集和处理,提供全面的设备运行信息和故障事件记录,利用数据信息进行运行优化和事故分析,通过完善的逻辑可编程能力,灵活实现微网模式转换和各种控制策略,使微网能快速达到功率平衡、频率稳定,以提高分布式电源并网后的配网运行可靠性。 With the increasing capacity connecting to the grid, distributed power had more and more evident impact on the regional distribution network. In order to realize safe, reliable, efficient and flexible operation of distributed power, a distributed energy microgrid system is proposed. By collecting and processing data, the system provides comprehensive information on equipment operation and fault event records. The system optimizes the operation and analyzes the accident by using these data. Making use of the perfect programmable logic capability, the system achieves mode conversion of microgrid and various control strategies flexibly. Since distributed power connects to the grid, the micro-grid can quickly reach power balance and frequency stability to improve the operational reliability of the distribution network.
