摘要
电压闪变是电能质量的一项测量指标,电压闪变测量是电能质量分析仪的重要功能。为了对电能质量分析仪的闪变测量精度进行校准,电能质量校准实验室需要配置高精度闪变分析仪。研制一种高精度闪变分析仪并投入使用,包括测量方法、仿真结果、测量结果。分析仪的主要构成包括高精度采样设备和计算机,测量算法严格依照IEC 61000-4-15。提高精度的措施主要有:抑制统计环节的误差、选择合适的采样率、采用高精度采样设备。测量结果显示,高精度闪变分析仪的测量误差约0.1%,能够满足实验室的校准要求。
Flicker is an index of power quality. Flicker measuring is an important function of power quality analyzer. Power quality calibration laboratory needs high precision flickermeter to calibrate flicker measurement accurauy. A high precision flickermeter being used is developed, including its measurement method, simulation result and measurement result. The main components of high precision flickermeter includes computer and high precision sampling instrument, the measuring method strictly complies with IEC 61000-4-15. Reducing statistical error, selecting proper sampling rate and using high precision sampling instrument is key points in improving flickermeter precision. The measurement error of high precision flickermeter is about 0.1%according to measurement result, and it can meet the requirement of calibration laboratory.
