摘要
智能电网骨干通信链路承载继电保护、安全稳定和调度自动化等多种电力通信业务,其安全性直接影响电网的安全稳定。基于NISTIR 7628标准构建骨干通信链路安全性评估指标体系,给出指标权重分配和指标赋值的方法,以通信链路实例验证指标体系和评估方法的可行性和有效性。研究结果对智能电网环境下骨干通信链路的安全性评估具有参考价值。
Smart grid backbone communication links carry various power communication services, e.g., relay protection, security and stability, power dispatching automation, etc. The security of the links affects directly the security and stability of the power grid. Based on NISTIR 7628 standard, a kind of evaluation index system for the backbone communication links security is built, and one method for the index weight distributions and the index valuation is put forward. Then the feasibility and effectiveness of this system and method are verified computationally via examples of communication links. The study result has reference value for security assessment of backbone communication links under smart grid environment.
