配网自动化技术对配电网供电可靠性的影响分析 被引量:23

摘要 现有的配电网可靠性评估方法把预想事故作为整体看待,无法准确评估配网自动化技术对供电可靠性的影响。重点分析自动故障定位、变电站自动化、馈线自动化等技术对故障处理过程、可靠性指标的影响;在此基础上提出一种适用于配电网可靠性评估的分析计算方法:将预想事故拆分为若干故障处理环节,把故障处理的各环节纳入可靠性评估流程,仿真分析时用故障处理各步骤所用时间替代故障影响总时间。采用该方法对IEEE RBTS Bus6系统进行可靠性评估,仿真结果验证了考虑配网自动化技术影响的可靠性评估方法的合理性。 The existing methods of reliability evaluation of distribution system cannot estimate the influence of the smart distribution network technologies upon power supply reliability accurately, which treat the fault as a whole. An analysis and calculation method which is suitable for the distribution network reliability evaluation is presented after studying the influence upon reliability indexes and fault disposing procedure by the smart distribution network technologies which include fault locator scheme, substation automation and feeder automation. Compared to the existing methods, the proposed method divides a whole fault into several fault disposing procedures, and brings the procedures into the reliability evaluation process, and puts to use the duration of each fault disposing procedure instead of the total time during the simulation analysis. At last, a reliability evaluation of IEEE RBTS Bus6 system is performed by using the proposed method. The results verify the rationality of the reliability evaluation method considering smart distribution network technologies.
