摘要 详细阐述国家电网公司《输变电设备状态检修辅助决策系统技术导则》的特点以及与GB/T 25742/ISO 13374系列标准(机器状态监测与诊断数据处理、通信与表示)的联系与区别。输变电设备状态检修辅助决策系统是国家电网生产管理信息系统的一个重要组成部分,为设备的状态检修管理提供辅助决策建议。该导则规范国家电网输变电设备状态检修辅助决策系统的技术,切合电力系统的生产实际,对电网推广状态检修起到积极的作用。 The characteristics of the “guide rule of electric equipment condition-based maintenance aid-decision system”of SGCC and its relationship with and difference from GB/T 25742/ISO 13374 series of standards (Condition monitoring and diagnosis of machines. Data processing, communication and presentation) are described in detail. Electric equipment condition-based maintenance assistant decision system is an important part of the state grid production management information system, which provides suggestions to assistant decision-making for condition-based maintenance. The guideline specifies the technology of the state grid power transmission and transformation equipment condition-based maintenance assistant decision system, and is suitable to actual production circumstances of the power grid, and plays a positive role in the promotion of power grid condition-based maintenance.
