摘要
风电是典型的随机电源,分析风电出力特性时,采样时间直接影响分析结果的准确性;另一方面,采样时间的长短也直接影响着工程应用计算的速度。所以选取合适的时间尺度对电力系统规划等问题的研究有着深远的意义,工程上一般选取1 h作为时间尺度,进行各种问题的研究。通过某地区风电场的实测数据,对这一时间尺度运用的合理性给出数据和理论上的支持,通过3个风电出力指标在不同时间尺度下得出的特性,给出所研究问题的结论。
Wind power is a typical random power. When the characteristics of wind power output are analyzed, the sampling time directly affects the accuracy of the analysis results. On the other hand, the length of the sampling time also directly affects the speed of engineering calculations. So it's meaningful to the study of the power system planning and other issues that an appropriate time scale is selected, and the project generally chooses one hour as the time scale to study various issues. Data and theoretical support for the rationality of the use of this time scale is provided by the measured data of wind farms in a region, and through characteristics derived from three wind power output indicators at different time scales, the conclusions of the research question is given.
