摘要
在负荷动态增长的基础上,通过建立逐年随负荷增长而新投建设备的动态设备增长模型,并计及原有电网设备负载率的影响,计算电网建设费用、运行损耗费用、维护费用、检修费用、设备残值额,从而构建出合理的农网改造经济计算模型,为解决实际中面对两个(或多个)都达到改造年限要求的供电区域优先改造哪一个的优化决策问题,给出合理的解决方案和计算模型,为工程实践提供参考依据。
ABSTRACT:Based on the dynamic growth of load, a dynamic growth model for the equipments which are newly constructed along with increases in load growth year after year is created. And taking the load rate of the original power network equipments into account, the cost of power grid construction, the cost of losses during operation, maintenance costs, recondition expense, and remanent value of equipment are calculated. Then a reasonable economic calculation model of rural power network transformation is built which will be able to provide reasonable solution and calculation model for making optimization decisions about which power supply area is given priority to be chosen when both two (or more) power supply areas have reached the deadline for being transformed, and it provides a reference frame for engineering practice.
