摘要
IEC 61850是目前最新且唯一有效的关于变电站自动化通信方面的国际标准。分布式光伏发电并网接口装置是集分布式光伏发电设备的继电保护、测控、电能质量控制、远动、谐波治理等功能于一体,对分布式光伏发电设备统一管理,实现"即插即用"的重要接口设备。并网接口装置对IEC 61850的支持,成为建设智能电网的必须。针对分布式光伏发电并网接口装置的信息模型构建与信息交互,在传统配电终端的IEC 61850信息模型中引入了IEC 61850-7-420中定义的分布式能源控制领域的相关逻辑设备和逻辑节点,给出基于IEC 61850的分布式光伏发电并网接口装置的信息模型及信息交互模型。
IEC 61850 is the latest and the only effective international standard on substation automation communication. The grid-connected interface device for distributed photovoltaic power generation combines relay protection, measurement and control, power quality control, telecontrol, harmonic control and other functions of distributed photovoltaic power generation equipments. It manages the distributed photovoltaic power generation equipments as a whole and is an important interface device that realizes plug and play. It is necessary to the smart grid that grid-connected interface device supports IEC 61850. In allusion to the information model construction and information interaction of grid-connected interface device for distributed photovoltaic power, distributed energy control field related logical devices and logic nodes defined by the IEC 61850-7-420 are introduced into the IEC 61850 information model of traditional power distribution terminal, and information model and information exchange model of grid-connected interface device for distributed photovoltaic power based on IEC 61850 are given.
