摘要 提出基于P-可信度区间约束的含风电场电力系统优化调度模型,以火电机组运营成本和环境惩罚成本为目标函数,兼顾调度的经济性和环境友好性;将风电场出力和系统负荷用区间数表示,并利用基于P-可信度的区间不等式约束描述不等式约束条件;引入基于逻辑自映射的变尺度混沌粒子群优化算法对模型进行求解,并用算例证明模型和算法的准确性和有效性。 The paper put forward a scheduling model of power system with wind farm based on P-credibility interval constraint, which takes the operation cost of thermal power unit and environmental punishment cost as objective function. The model represented the wind power and load with interval Numbers and describes the inequality constraints with P- credibility interval inequality constraints. At the same time, the article introduces the mutative scale chaos particle swarm based on logical self-mapping to solve the scheduling model and finally proves the accuracy and effectiveness of the model and algorithm by an example.
