摘要 为适应"运行"和"大检修"的管理模式变革,为其提供强有力的技术支持,提出建设一套具有可视化、智能化、一体化和易实用的智能辅助监控平台。该平台提供全面、综合的数据分析结果,深度发掘监测数据中的信息含量,提高调度部门人员决策反应的正确性和及时性。从智能辅助监控平台的建设理念出发,介绍平台的典型结构、功能和技术创新点,根据平台投入后的效益分析,验证该系统的使用可明显提高电网运行的可靠性和经济性。 In order to adapt to the“big operation”and“overhaul”of management pattern change, and provide strong technical support, the construction of a set of visual, intelligent, integrated and practical intelligent auxiliary monitoring platform is proposed. The platform can provide comprehensive, integrated data analysis results, and deeply explore the information content of the monitoring data, and improve the correctness and timeliness of the dispatching department personnel’s decision reaction. It starts from the construction of the concept of the intelligent auxiliary monitoring platform, and the typical structure and function of the platform and technology innovations are introduced. According to the benefit analysis after the platform is put into use, it is verified that the system can obviously improve the reliability and economy of power grid operation.
