Design of Service Mode of Smart Grid

随着智能电网的快速发展,供用电服务所面临的内外部环境发生显著变化,传统服务模式已难以满足智能电网发展的更高要求。首先研究完善智能用电互动化的有关理论,界定智能用电互动化的内涵,研判智能用电互动化的发展趋势和发展路线;然后通过分析电网企业服务模式的现状和适应性,提出在智能用电互动化发展的环境下,智能用电服务模式创新的思路、方案模型、框架设计及有关建议。

With the rapid development of Smart Grid technology, the interior and exterior environment of power supply and utilization service have changed dramatically. Therefore, the traditional pattern of power service is not compatible with smart grid development any more. The thesis aims at studying relevant theories of improving interactivity of smart power utilization, defining its connotation, estimating the trend and route of its development, and analyzing the status quo and adaptability of the service mode of power grid enterprises, so as to propose innovative ideas, scheme models, framework designs and relevant suggestions to the service mode of smart power utilization on the basis of the development of its interactivity.
