摘要 随着许多流域内水电站日益增多,对于电站的成本、安全、经济以及运行人员劳动强度等方面的要求也越来越高。为了能有效降低投资成本、保证人员现场安全,并且对整个梯级电站进行经济调度,提高梯级水电站群的综合管理水平,必须对流域内水电站群进行集中调度和控制。基于NC2.0监控系统平台的甘肃小三峡集控中心计算机监控系统实现了大峡、小峡、乌金峡三个梯级电站的远程集控。介绍了该系统的设计原则、系统结构与特点、控制调节与方式,并简要介绍了数据分区与安全防护。 As the number of hydropower stations increases in many drainage basins, the requirements for the cost, safety, economy, operating personnel's labor intensity and other aspects of the hydropower stations are getting higher. In order to effectively reduce investment cost, to ensure personnel safety on the site, to perform an economic dispatch to the whole cascaded hydropower station, and to improve the comprehensive management level of the cascaded hydropower station group, centralized dispatching and control must be carried out for the hydropower station group in the drainage basins. Remote centralized control of cascaded hydropower stations of Daxia, Xiaoxia and Wujinxia is implemented by computer monitoring system of Small Three Gorges Centralized-control Center based on NC2.0 monitoring system platform. The design principles, system structure, characteristics and control and regulation as well as the approach of the system are introduced. Data partition and safety protection are also briefly introduced.
