摘要 系统层面协调处理的低频低压减载装置需要收集整站电气量,基于信息通信技术的SSP–8000厂站测控系统为此提供了基础平台SSP–8000。描述基于SSP–8000平台的减载装置的硬件结构与软件框架,介绍各个子软件模块的设计及功能,通过从测控平台上获得的整站电气量数据,实现低频低压减载的精确切负荷功能,利用数字仿真验证装置的有效性。装置已在湖南投入试运行,运行效果良好。 The low frequency and low voltage load-shedding device needs to collect station electrical quantities for system level coordination processing, and the SSP-8000 power plant measurement and control system based on information and communication technology provides basis platform SSP-8000 for it. The hardware structure and software framework of the load-shedding device based on SSP-8000 platform are described, and the design and function of each sub-module of the software are introduced. Through the electrical quantities of the whole substation obtained from the measurement and control platform, the low frequency and low voltage load-shedding device realizes the function of precise load shedding. Digital simulation results are given to validate the effectiveness of the device. The device has been successfully put into test run in Hunan, and its operation result is good.
