摘要 结合世界首个舟山五端柔性直流输电示范工程,分析垂直式换流阀的安装技术特点,探讨其最佳施工工艺,使整体阀厅安装简单、规范、合理,节约成本,创新标准化阀厅施工工艺标准。应用S轨道双电机变频扁担平衡技术,采用换流阀阀段小单元吊装法及紧凑型垂直吊装装置来实施换流阀垂直安装,可大大减轻劳动强度,不仅提高施工效率,也保证工程如期顺利投运,获得良好的经济与社会效益,实现理论与实践良好的对接,可为相关工程技术人员提供参考。 Combined with the first demonstration project of Zhoushan five-terminal VSC-MTDC transmission in the world, the installation technology characteristics of vertical DC-converter are analyzed.The best construction technology of the vertical DC-converter is discussed to make the valve hall installation simple, standard, reasonable and cost saving. The standardization of construction technology in the valve hall demonstrates its effort to innovate. The pole balancing technology with double motor in S track is adopted. The implementation of the hoisting method with the small unit of the converter and the compact vertical hoisting equipment realizes thevertical installation technology. It greatly reduces labor intensity. It not only improves the efficiency of construction, but also ensures operation of the project to be realized on schedule. It gets good economic and social benefits. And it makes a successful application of theory into practice. It can provide reference to engineers and technicians concerned.
