摘要
结合节能公司参与部署实施电力用户节能的实践经验,重点探讨水泥企业电力能效评价方法,提出水泥企业电力能效评价指标体系;运用粗糙集理论法和层次分析法,建立水泥厂电力能效综合评价方法和模型,为水泥企业实施电力节能工程提供一定的借鉴。
Combining with the practical experience of the deployment and implementation of power users' energy saving which is participated by energy-saving company, the discussion focuses on the energy efficiency evaluation method of cement enterprises, and the evaluation index system for power efficiency of cement enterprises is proposed. By using rough set theory and analytic hierarchy process, a comprehensive evaluation method and models for energy efficiency of cement plant are established. It has certain reference value and promotion and application value for the cement enterprises to tap the potential of energy saving, to implement energy-saving projects, and to carry out energy-saving evaluation.
