摘要
阐述2014年国家电网公司发布的Q/GDW 11077—2013《干式电抗器技术监督导则》编制原则、主要特点,对比分析与国家电网生技[2005]174号《10 k V^66 k V干式电抗器技术监督规定》存在的差异,着重在全过程技术监督管理内容、监督方式、监督重点等方面进行详述,最后应用导则监督管理方式方法对一起电抗器故障进行举例分析。该导则紧密结合《国家电网公司技术监督管理规定》要求,实现提升干式电抗器全寿命管理周期目标,能更好地指导干式电抗器技术监督管理工作开展。
The compilation principle and main characteristics of the Q/GDW 11077-2013 "the dry-type reactor technology supervision guideline" published by SGCC in 2014 are stated, which is compared with the state grid [2005] 174"10 kV^66 kV dry-type reactor technology supervision regulations" to analyze the differences between the two. The content of the whole process technology supervision, the mode of supervision and the key point of supervision are also discussed, and a reactor fault is taken as an example and analyzed in the end by using the management mode of supervision guideline. The guideline closely combines with the requirements of "the state grid technical supervision and management regulations", and improves the life cycle management goals for dry-type reactor, and it can better guide the dry-type reactor technology supervision and management work.
