声表面波传感技术在能源互联网在线监测中的应用研究综述 被引量:2

摘要 随着全球能源互联网的发展和智能电网的深入建设,亟需监测电网中的多种非电量信息。基于声表面波技术可制成多种传感器,具有无源无线、体积小、易维护、抗电磁干扰等特点。梳理声表面波技术原理,以谐振型和延迟线型两种结构为基础,研究温度传感器、SF_6气体传感器和设备标签传感器的工作原理、技术特点和性能指标,分析上述无源无线传感器在电网中的应用前景,指出利用上述传感器组成无线传感网络,可在电网的非电量监测领域发挥重要作用。 With the development of the global energy internet and the smart grid, it is essential to measure a variety of non-electrical parameters in the grid. There are kinds of sensors based on the surface acoustic wave(SAW) technology, which is wireless, powerless, small in size, maintain-free and anti-electromagnetic interference. Based on the resonance or the delay line structures, the principle of the SAW sensor is studied, and the working principle, the technical feature and the performance index of the temperature sensors, the SF_6 gas sensors and the tag sensors are evaluated. The application prospect of these passive wireless sensors in the power grid is proposed, which can be organized into a wireless sensor network and would play a key role in the field of the non-electrical parameter measurement.
