摘要 针对电力通信网安全性评估的复杂性、不确定性和模糊性,研究基于结构熵权法和模糊综合评价法的通信网安全性评估方法。首先建立变电站综合自动化系统通信网的安全评估指标体系;然后将定性分析与定量分析相结合,利用结构熵权法给指标体系的各级权重赋值;接着通过模糊综合评价法对该通信网络进行安全性评价,给出最终的安全性等级,该方法充分考虑评价指标的模糊性,计算过程简单,不存在无法满足某项限制性校验而导致方法失效的情况;最后通过某地区变电站与中心站之间通信网的评估结果验证论文提出方法的有效性。 Due to the complexity, uncertainty and ambiguity of security evaluation of electric power communication network, the method of security evaluation of electric power communication network based on structure entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is studied. Firstly, the index system is established for communication networks of integrated automation system of substations. Then weight of index system is confirmed by structure entropy weight method which combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The security of the communication network is evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the final security grades are given. The method proposed fully considers the ambiguity of evaluation index and the simplicity of the calculation process, and there is not any restrictive calibration to make the method invalid. The effectiveness of the method is verified by the results of evaluation on communication network between a center station and a substation in a certain area.
